Recruiting for a large conglomerate in the ME, proactively seeking an experienced HR Manager for their office in Dubai. Must have a strong generalist background & be able to devise & implement coherent HR strategies whilst improving internal processes & procedures within a demanding environment, project deadlines & budgets. Essential to have a proven background in managing high volume blue collar workers, labour camps & must be well versed with UAE, KSA and Qatar Labour & Immigration Law & labour laws/ regulations.
