Software Developers 3 Positions (Salary Range 40,000/- to 70,000/-)

Job Requirements:

·         Good understanding of .NET framework 4.0, C#, ASP.NET, Silver light  SQL Server, Crystal Report, Ajax, JQuery and JavaScript.

·         Must have strong analytic and problem solving skills.

·         Must have Troubleshooting- debugging skills.

·         Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently and team member as well.

·         The Candidate should be Graduate or equivalent with Minimum 2-3 years of working experience.

DBA / Server Administrator 2 Positions (Salary Range 60,000/- to 95,000/-)

Job Requirement:

·         3+ years MS SQL Server Clustering

·         Install, Configure SQL Server 2005 and administration of SQL Server Cluster

·         Upgrade database from 2000 to SQL 2005/2008

·         Consolidate & Migrate database from server to another.

·         Restore DBs in the production environment.

·         Maintenance of SQL server.

·         Disaster Recovery and capacity Planning

·         Hands on and experience on SQL server 2005/2008 installation, configuration and Clustering and Mirroring (High availability)

·         Very good knowledge in MS SQL Server 2005/2008 Architecture Performance measure.

·         MCITP: MS SQL Server 2005 Administration certified (Preferred)

·         Hands on experience on MS SQL Server Consolidation.

·         Hands on Backup and Restore in production environment.

·         Manage dedicated windows server

·         Knowledge about designing, planning, deployment and maintaining System Infrastructure.

·         Knowledge of Proxy / Exchange Servers including versions of MS ISA Server; MS Exchange Server.

·         Knowledge of Mail / Web Server including versions of MS SMTP Server; Web Mail / Apache Web Server.

·         Design and Implement effective disaster recovery plan.

Experience:

·         The Candidate should be Minimum 2-3 years of working experience.

Technical Writers 2 Postions (Salary Range 30,000/- to 60,000/-)

Job Requirement:

·         Development of software product user documentation

·         Interfaces with technical professionals in the writing, editing, and publication of various types of documents such as specifications, manuals, reports, plans, training material and presentations.

·         Researches a variety of assigned topics and develop writing plans and outlines.

·         Assists in the development of supporting materials (illustrations, tables, etc.).

·         Tracks and monitors flow of all documents from inception to distribution of final copies. Identifies and correct problem areas as they arise.

·         Provides quality assurance check for all document deliverable

·         Participates regularly in department and company-wide proposal writing projects. May serve as proposal coordinator for large production efforts.

·         Utilizes appropriate computer software for document test production. Investigates and implement best ways to product documentation electronically.

·         Provides technical writing/editing support to other Company contracts when workloads permit.

·         Establishes and maintain electronic and/or hardcopy data library of documents and work order files for documents received for processing. 

Experience:

·         The Candidate must have Minimum 1 year of working experience.

Graphics / Web Designers 2 Positions (Salary Range 40,000/- to 70,000/-)

Job Requirement:

·         Create everything from logos to headers to entire site layouts to buttons.

·         You will turn abstract ideas such as “beauty” and “elegance” into visual objects on a computer screen.

·         You have empathy for the people using a website and anything you touch will become human-friendly.

·         Strong   knowledge of user interface design, usability, information architecture and other best practices.

·         Hands-on experience in graphic software including Photoshop & illustrator.

·         Knowledge of HTML, CSS will be an added advantage

·         Web templates design

·         User interface design, typography

·         Logos, brochures, flyers and banner design

·         Not afraid of PHP also a big big PLUS

·         HTML and CSS

Experience:

·         The Candidate should be Minimum 2-3 years of working experience.
