PeopleSoft – HRMS Consultant /Lead Consultant Job in Tampa FL


  • Analyzing client requirements, helping the client in evaluating multiple options, providing guidance on HR, Payroll, suggesting feasible solutions, architect suitable solutions.
  • Pro-actively analyzing current weakness in client’s processes and landscape and suggesting alternate solutions
  • Gap analysis, package evaluation ,implementation and testing, user training
  • Rich experience in business process reengineering and innovation in Projects based organizations/ business enterprises
  • Model business processes in HR and Time and Labor functional area on to PeopleSoft 9.x using prior implementation experience
  • Pre-sales support. Work with sales staff on sales pursuit and define innovative  solutions that meet client’s needs
  • Lead functional track related to HR/Time and Labor within large engagements
  • Create, consult and review Architectural decisions, architecture solution, performs re-engineering of architectures in order to create solution Blue print to meet project requirement
  • Perform As-Is analysis provide To be recommendation’s, evaluate product technology solution and provide solution to specialized problems in order to  provide inputs on technical and domain road map.
  • Evangelize the usage of reusable frameworks and artifacts, create knowledge /certification artifacts and evaluation criteria guide or provide technical training in relevant technology areas in order to develop talent in technology /domain
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2~3 full lifecycle implementation of PeopleSoft HRMS applications.
  • Excellent HRMS domain expertise with established thought leadership in Core HR, NA Payroll and Benefits Modules.
  • Extremely good  presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct CRP sessions for large user groups
  • Expertise in working with cross functional teams and defining functional roadmaps for the solutions
  • Expertise in data migration and integration aspects pertaining to HRMS implementation.
  • Good understanding of IT delivery methodologies.
  • Proven track record in IT Consulting / HRMS architecture / solution delivery. Offshore team environment - sharing ideas and working collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong ability to take bottom line responsibility.
