A growing ICET group of companies based in Karachi is looking for HR manager with Masters in Human Resources.3-4 yrs of core experience in Organizational Development & Organizational Excellence.
Essential Functions of Job:
1-Formulate Organizational Development policies and procedures for all the companies’ staff by ensuring higher level of employee engagement.
2-Lead and direct the Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business
3-Conduct TNA and implement learning and development agenda as per employee requirements to increase employee morale and productivity.
4-Develop conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication.
5-Develop new policies and procedures and ensure line managers and all staff are up to date with changes to any policies.
6-Supervise and guide team in executing the recruitment, payroll, employee engagement and training activities.
7-Conduct salary surveys to ensure high level of internal external equity in salaries
8-Implement new HRIS in order to bring efficiency in performing various HR activities.
