Recruitment Consultant Job in Cape Town, South Africa

Upon completion of the training programme your duties will include:
• Providing IT staffing solutions to blue-chip firms in South Africa
• Generation of new business
• Developing and maintaining relationships with new and established clients
• Service delivery to new and established clients
• Negotiation of rates and contracts with clients and IT professionals
• Sourcing candidates through advertising, headhunting, networking and referrals

To be considered for this role you must meet all of the following requirements:
• University degree (B.Bus.Sc, B.Com, B.A, or B.Sc)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Driven, motivated and extroverted personality
• 0 to 3 years work experience (ideally in a sales or client facing role)

A strong preference will be given to candidates who already reside in Cape Town
