ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Senior Analyst Inventory Management Operations scope of responsibility includes:
: Development, maintenance and publication of inventory reports for enterprise and brands
: Consolidates information from a variety of sources into easy consumed reports
: Demonstrates ability to problem solve and develop technical solutions while managing key stakeholder expectations
: Network with diverse groups to gather business requirements and test solutions
: Administration of inventory management support systems and ad hoc reporting
: Participation in special projects representing inventory management as part of a cross-functional project team
: Develops reporting to benchmark performance and highlight opportunities
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
: Expert in Microsoft Office 7 and Microsoft Office XP tools, including Excel, Access, Visio and Outlook with past project leadership and experience creating spreadsheets, databases, macros, formulas, and user forms to manipulate and store data and facilitate information workflow
: Experience and/or expertise to convert and update spreadsheets and Office tools from Windows XP to Windows 7
: Experience mining large amounts of data from information systems and consolidation of that data for reporting purposes
: Establish discipline and process to cross-train and minimize impacts on organization providing step-by-step instructions to document procedures and validate data
: Participate in training and rollout of tools and reports within the organization, providing project updates as necessary during development and testing phases
: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive results
: Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and succinctly, both verbally and written
: Ability to quickly understand and resolve business issues and data challenges
