Provide a comprehensive range of HR services, will have strategic, operational & project related responsibilities. Manage & implement HR programmes, policies & procedures in support of business objectives such as on boarding/ER Relations/organizational development & succession planning. Manage HR budgets as appropriate/coach the HR team members/work closely with business heads to convert plans to actions. HR exp at senior managerial level.
