The ideal candidate would have Work-flow experience, however if they have telecommunications experience, or just a well-rounded background with good communication that would suffice.

Project: ESOWF

ESOWF is a workflow application and its business function is to handle Ethernet product ordering and provisioning. This application interacts with various internal client systems and integrates all the steps involved into provisioning an ethernet product order involving UNIs and EVCs.  The application is based on an internally developed workflow engine (MDW).
