Brief Position Summary:
-- Play a role of a catalyst in the organization and facilitation for the sales organization, in order to achieve the desired corporate objectives.
-- Develop marketing strategies, in line with corporate strategy.
-- Work towards maintaining the image of a highly professional and ethical Company.
-- Develop and maintain professional and cordial relations with customers, with high quality service standards.
-- Ensure success of portfolio, including present products and new launches. Identify new formulations/ molecules to complement the existing portfolio, as well as entry into new segments.
-- Manage product portfolio in the respective business group and ensure positive return on investment.
-- Develop marketing campaigns, general as well as customised, taking inputs form sales teams, in line with corporate objective.
-- Ensure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, through increased generation of prescriptions/ business volumes, from existing as well as new customers.
-- Ensure monitoring of product profitability and take corrective measures, if needed.

Qualification:
-- MBBS, MBA
Experience:
-- 5 - 8 years of experience in relevant field. 10-15 Years overall experience
Age:
-- 35 to 40 Years
Other requirements:
-- Should be a team player
-- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
-- Self motivated and confident
-- Minimum 10 years work experience
