Senior Operations Analyst Job in Doha, Qatar

• Responsible both for Private Equity and Real Estate investments related payments. Executions of each capital call after due diligence and obtaining approvals from business officials.
• Coordinating with treasury for arrangement of funds for due payments.
• Responsible for processing of distributions and follow up for receiving the funds.
• Recording daily transactions into investment accounting systems.
• Preparing the PE/RE Prices Sheet on daily basis for updating the investment accounting system.
• Reconciliations  with External Fund Managers with respect to Invested capital, Unpaid commitments, Return of capital, Return on Capital, ordinary incomes etc.
• Preparation of valuation schedules for Private Equity and Real Estate investments for closing purposes.
• Providing the various reports/ details requested by PE/RE Front Offices on time to time basis. Coordinating with relevant department’s data analyst for compiling the required information. 
• Responsible for enhancement of PE/RE Transaction Module into The accounting system..
• Ability to continually improve the process of handling Private Equity and Real Estate operations to achieve at most efficiency .
